The Celtic Year - Time of Light
This period runs from Beltane to Lughnasadh (1st August) and includes the Summer Solstice (20th-23rd June), when large ‘Sun Wheels’ were rolled down the hills and bone fires (burning bones) were used to mark the event. The corn God was sacrificed to ensure a good harvest.
The Time of Light is a good time for prophetic dreams and to focus on new relationships.

Shadow Time: 31st October until 2nd February
Dawning Time: 2nd February until 30th April
